HALF MOON CAY, Bahamas — The M.S. Zuiderdam, a new 951-foot-long, 1,848-passenger cruise ship owned by Seattle-based Holland America Line, is anchored off Half Moon Cay, Bahamas, Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002. The Italian-built vessel is the largest in Holland America’s 11-ship fleet, offers 788 oceanview suites and is to permanently based in Fort Lauderdale offering alternating week-long eastern and western Caribbean voyages beginning Dec. 14.
